• We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following delivery options:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional charges apply)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of PKR 200 for all orders.
• Free shipping is available for orders above PKR 3000.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once the order is shipped, modifications or cancellations will not be possible.

• Please ensure the delivery address is accurate. CasematePK is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
